I've had a fantastic experience working with Monica and Haylie on two occasions, and I’m finally getting around to writing a review. This past summer, they happened to be available on a Saturday—despite relatively short notice—and helped me put together a surprise gender reveal and pregnancy announcement for our closest friends and family in the Bay Area. Everything was perfectly executed, on time, and the event was a blast. They quickly mobilized to meet my high level of attention to detail, were incredibly responsive, and stayed on top of everything. After that, we contracted with them for my niece’s 10th birthday party in the Central Valley. Even though the event was further away, they flawlessly executed the Taylor Swift-themed party (which I knew absolutely nothing about!) just as the birthday girl had envisioned. Again, we literally just showed up to the party and didn’t have to lift a finger—before, during, or after. The event had been planned months in advance for a backyard setting at a private residence, but due to unexpected rainfall, we had to switch to a venue at the last minute (literally on Tuesday for a Saturday party). Monica and Haylie handled it seamlessly, laying out all options, providing honest recommendations, and coordinating with all vendors to adjust their plans accordingly—including reconfiguring the decorations to fit the new space. They never once made me feel stressed; they simply got to work. Even with last-minute requests, nothing ever felt impossible—they just made it happen. I’ve worked with other planners in the past who transferred their stress onto clients, but Monica and Haylie operate with calm confidence, execute everything to perfection, and are extremely professional and reliable. I cannot recommend Trilogy enough and look forward to working with them on future events!

Monica and Haylie are the definition of ON POINT! An event is only as good as the planner behind the scenes and if you want your event to shine, Trilogy Event Planning is your best chance at making sure your event lives up to what you've promised your guests and attendees. Whether it's vendor management, scheduling, or logistics, you need a planning team that gets it. Monica and Haylie get it! You don't have to wonder whether things are happening as they should and you won't have to hope that what you envisioned will be executed. We requested a last minute cocktail event experience with all the bells and whistles and Monica and Hayley really delivered. They coordinated a beautiful event, extremely well orchestrated and planned. Our CEO commented that out of the 3 events we had thrown thus far, it was by far the best experience. High praise! I would choose Trilogy events again and again.

The women at Trilogy Events were an absolute dream to work with! I thought I could plan and host a 150 person destination wedding by myself but I'm so glad I made the investment in Trilogy Events and didn't have to do it all on my own. There were a lot of moving parts, and they handled them all with grace to ensure everything was seamless. If there were any issues the day of (and I'm sure there was) Monica and Haylie handled them before the problem ever reached us; allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our day. From the very beginning, they took the time to get to know us and understand our vision. They're incredibly supportive, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Leading up to, and on the day of our wedding, Monica and Haylie were a calming and reassuring presence. I don't think I've ever been more relaxed in my life than the day of my wedding. We couldn't have pulled it off without the help of Trilogy Events, I cannot recommend them enough!

Monica and her crew are the best coordinator I have worked with. Once we handed over the vendors to Monica, it relieved all the stress of putting the event together. We had a wonderful experience working with Trilogy Events (Monica and Haylie) to plan and manage my daughter’s bat-mitzvah party. After a mediocre (at best) experience working with Two Perfect Events to plan my sons’ event a few years before, I wasn’t sure how much work Trilogy would actually do…but they far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely work with Trilogy again! Haylie has a really good design sense and we loved the décor ideas that she provided, and the design she created that we used for our invitation, signs, etc. Monica was just a delight to work with. She is well organized, and really easy to work with. She took feedback well and was patient with my daughter and my decision-making process. Overall, Monica really went out of her way to do what we wanted and to make us feel good about the whole process and event (with no hint of being judgmental). She was also flexible to work with us to try to stay within our budget, for example, she was flexible and worked with us on pursuing alternative DIY routes for flowers and décor when the vendors’ quotes came back way higher than expected. She also went above and beyond by helping manage many of the small details for the event – for example, she gave us suggested options for what to purchase for all the little supplies for the party (e.g. things for kids to have fun on the dance floor, fidget toys for the ceremony, customized napkins, little décor options, etc.) then purchased them herself and prepared them in advance of the event. This was a sharp contrast to our prior event planner who was willing to give directions to vendors but not to actually help with all these little details. And it’s many of those little details that really brought pizzaz to the party! Both Monica and Haylie worked at the event, along with a 3rd helper, and it was easy for me to find them and to ask for help whenever needed throughout the event. I highly recommend Trilogy Events and hope to have an opportunity to work with them again!

Trilogy events were a blessing for our wedding! They are thorough with all details and help you with ideas that you might have not even considered before. They are kind, attentive, detailed, timely, and will make the couple the actual stars of the show. My wife and I got married in May, and is because of the Hailey and Monica that we did not have to worry about a single thing on our special day!

I can't recommend Haylie & Monica enough. I gave them my vision for my husband's birthday bash and they did an amazing job. I could never have done it without them. They coordinated a lot of moving parts, brought in the various vendors, made sure the event went smoothly and made the party a roaring success. 150 guests having an amazing time in an 'upscale London bar scene' themed event, dancers, incredible music - they made sure the event went smoothly. I felt like a guest at my own event! Will definitely work with these two amazing professionals again.

We were lucky to have Haylie and Monica and day-of coordinators at our wedding ceremony and lunch reception. They also met with us beforehand to ensure that everything was ready to go. In all of our interactions, they were friendly, attentive, and super organized. At the same time, they were experienced enough to adapt to unexpected needs on the day. We felt really cared for, and that made a big difference in allowing us to truly enjoy the event. My partner mentioned how much of a relief it was to see them ready to help as soon as they arrived at the venue, and I definitely felt like a weight had been taken off my shoulders once I saw how in-their-element they were. If event coordination was a sport, they'd be on the podium, no question! Some additional shoutouts - Monica and Haylie were at the venue bright and early to check-in with our vendors, receive food and decorations, set up the welcome table, distribute party favors, and direct friends and family who were involved in the vent. They also checked in with us often to make sure we were in good spirits the entire day. All in all, we were thrilled with how the event went and couldn't be happier with their service.

As a DJ and the Owner of Justintertainment, I have worked with hundreds of event planners over the course of my career; the good the bad and the ugly.... but this was different. Haylie and Monica are TOP NOTCH. Not only are they good at their jobs, they are an absolute PLEASURE to work with. I had an opportunity to work with them for a wedding a few weeks ago at Mavericks house in Half Moon bay. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I was also impressed with how they made day of adjustments on the fly. Events always have moving parts and they navigated through them flawlessly AND did a great job of communicating any changes as the day went on. I wish I could work with them every weekend!

Monica and Haylie are beyond amazing! I hired them for Day Of Coordinator services for my wedding earlier this month, and I cannot recommend them enough. From our initial meeting through the time they took over with the planning, to the actual “day of” they were extremely professional, yet also so warm and easy to talk to. On the actual “day of” they checked in on me at my hotel while they were on the way to the venue to ensure I was okay and didn’t need anything. Once at the venue they got straight to work on ensuring everything was set up properly and even used some of their own expertise to set up areas where I hadn’t given much guidance. They were like mind readers the entire day and just “knew” what was needed (like a glass of champagne or a bite to eat) at all the right times. They also made sure to keep the evening on schedule, but we’re also very flexible if I wanted to push anything back. At the end of the night they packed up everything perfectly and expertly loaded in my car. The entire day was seamless and I have these two ladies to thank for that! My (now) husband, MIL, mother, and many others told me how wonderful they thought Monica and Haylie were as well, and how smart I was to hire them.

I hired Trilogy Events to be my month of wedding planners and it was the best decision I made! They were so easy to work with and very responsive, detailed and helpful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! They made the most detailed schedule, had planning calls with us and truly understood every part of our wedding. Had the privilege to work with Haylie and her team recently at a wedding and all I have to say it they are professional and are really there to take care of the wedding couple along with all the vendors. Having them is a must and I highly recommend them.

Monica and Haylie will immediately put you at ease, listening intently to your vision, seeking to understand what is most important to you, and putting in place a plan for flawless execution. No matter if you are a type-A planner, a fly-by-the-seat of your pants visionary, or someone who has no idea where to even start, Monica and Haylie will meet you where you are at. Here are some very specific examples of my experience with Trilogy Events. It all started with a vision - we wanted to hold a three-day event to celebrate the blending of our two families and we wanted it to be a party to express our gratitude to our family and friends who have supported us on this journey and who will be an important part of our future. We knew what the final outcome would look like, but we needed a roadmap with details to get us there. Monica and Haylie were the perfect partners from the day we signed our contract to the minute our final guests departed from our post-wedding Sunday brunch. Full design services. Monica and Haylie got to know us with an initial phone call and meeting. They knew the right questions to ask to get a sense of our style and came to our home to understand how that would influence that style. Monica and Haylie designed our website, invites, signage, programs, etc. They worked with our florist on all design elements from our floral pocket squares, to our bouquets, and arrangements. They created the perfect party and lounge vibe for our reception and party on wedding day. Vendor coordination. We added complexity to our party by hiring both a DJ and a band. I had already signed a number of contracts before hiring Trilogy Events. It was as easy as forwarding a multitude of emails to Monica and Haylie and they were off and running, taking on all first lines of communication with our vendors and our venue. We had a transportation company in the mix as well. Logistics complexity did not phase these two one bit. Day of Execution. Execution is only as good as the planning that takes place leading up to an event. Monica and Haylie knew the questions to ask to get ahead of any potential challenges. They were on-site, on time and didn’t leave until they knew everything was wrapped up. As an attendee at my own event, everything went perfectly according to plan. If there was an issue, I never knew about it. Rave reviews from my guests. As behind the scenes as Monica and Haylie were, they managed to be a great go-to for our family and friends when needed. Our guests gushed about their professionalism and friendliness. Communication. Communication is critical in any partnership and Monica and Haylie have that part nailed. We had a mutual understanding on the tiering of urgency in communications - emails were for details and non urgent topics, texts for real time updates - especially closer to the date of the event, and phone calls for code red emergency (which thankfully never happened!). During the planning process, we met in person when needed, zoomed when it was easier, and chatted on the phone when we needed a quick catch up. Haylie and Monica bring unique expertise, given their experience as in house event planners, which transcends beyond a country club and can be applied to any venue. Monica and Haylie have a great chemistry as business partners and their humor and warmth will make you feel like you are their most important client!

We hired Trilogy Events to plan our wedding and are so happy we did! They handled everything for us from finding the perfect place to say "I do" to coordinating the breakfast and snacks on the day. My fiancé (now-husband) and I were so impressed with their expertise and the level of dedication they gave us throughout the planning process. Wow, Monica and Haylie just crushed it pulling together the vision for our engagement party and bringing to reality. They were able to manage 3 sets of parents, and the Bride and Groom (to be) to be with mastery. Only tears of joy and appreciation. Not a detail left untended and everything was truly better than expected. I immediately booked them for the Rehearsal dinner because I know I want another stress-free, within budget, gorgeous event that will make the whole family happy and able to relax and enjoy.
