“The best team ever! I am so happy and grateful that I had Haylie and Monica as my event coordinators. They were incredibly easy to talk to and were very responsive. They provided me with a timeline and checklist based on our discussions, and included items I hadn’t even considered at the beginning. They also coordinated all of my vendors in great detail. What stood out is that they put me first. If I asked to be included in any of the vendor communications, they always kept me in the loop. If anything deviated on the wedding day (e.g., table set up, changes to ceremony design, last-minute parental requests, etc.), they always did a quick check to be sure I was okay with it. Having Trilogy there on my wedding day made a world of difference. Monica and Haylie not only kept my wedding day on track, but also constantly checked in on me. They started the morning off by creating a group text message, followed by checking in and delivering lunch to the wedding party. They set up all of my personal design pieces (escort cards, card box, reserved seating signs, guest book, pens, cake cutting set, champagne glasses, etc.) and also packed up everything for me at the end of the night. If I needed any help, I would turn around, and Haylie or Monica would be there to assist. When my friend’s ride failed to show, they even gave them a ride to the after party! Hiring Trilogy Events was one of the best decisions I made. I was able to relax and truly have fun on my wedding day. They helped to make a special day so memorable. I cannot say enough good things and will for sure be reaching out to them for future events as well.”

They created a detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly, allowing us to truly be present in the moment. Haylie and Monica genuinely cared about us, our vision, and making the day uniquely ours. Their kindness, dedication, and sweet nature made working with them an absolute joy.

We delayed writing this review because Haylie and Monica gave us such a worry-free send-off into our honeymoon that we were able to dive straight into starting our family—literally! (Yes, we’ve been a bit busy since!)

If you’re getting married, we can’t recommend Haylie, Monica, and Trilogy enough. They turned our dreams into reality, and the day surpassed everything we ever imagined. Our brother is proposing next month, and if he moves back to the Bay Area, there’s no doubt we’ll make sure he chooses Trilogy to help out!
